Cumbernauld College HNC Hairdressing students have raised an impressive £1097 for Cancer Research!

The students recently organised a 6mile sponsored walk in fancy dress around Broadwood Loch and a raffle. They successfully raised a large amount of funds for the worlds leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. 

Students received a great deal of support from the professional industry as prizes for the raffle were donated by Schwarzkopf hairdressing supplies and N.S.I Scotland. Winners of the raffle received hair products worth £50, a huge food hamper containing Marks and Spencer's goodies and a Hair & Beauty voucher for a lucky winner to receive a relaxing treatment from the College Salon.
