Skills Gap/Training Needs Analysis
If you are unsure about the exact nature of your training needs, the Business Centre can offer a number of services to assist.
The Skills Gap Analysis service can be provided to identify the skills required by an employee in order for them to carry out their work effectively. The Training Needs Analysis can then help pinpoint the precise areas where training is required. We would ensure that this is undertaken with the organisational goals and aims in mind, thus creating a training solution that is specific to your organisation.
Tailored Training Solutions
On some occasions a tailored training solution is required to most effectively meet the training requirements of your organisation. The Business Centre offers such a service whereby we would work closely with you to identify your needs, looking at course content and preferred delivery modes. A bespoke training programme would then be devised to match your requirement.
