Allan McCashin - Chair
 Allan has been Chair of the Board of Management since March 2005 having previously held the office of Vice-Chair. He was until recently a local businessman and as such brought significant entrepreneurial skills to the Board. Allan is also a member of the Resources and General Purposes, Estates, and Remuneration Committees.

Martin McGuire - Principal
 Martin has worked in the further education arena for over 20 years and has held a range of positions within the Scottish sector, ranging from Lecturer to Acting Principal at this College. He joined the College staff in April 1995 as a Senior Lecturer and became Principal and Chief Executive of the College on May 21 2008. As Principal, he is a member of the Board and all of its Committees with the exception of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Keith Fulton
 Keith has been Vice-Chair of the Board of Management since March 2005. He is a Business Manager with Scottish Enterprise, an organisation with which the College has strong business links. Keith also Chairs the Resources and General Purposes Committee and is a member of the Estates, and Remuneration Committees.

Alun Morgan
 Alun has been a member of the Board of Management since March 2000. As Vice President (European Operations) of Isola-Werke UK Ltd he has brought with him a high level of business acumen to the Board. Alun Chairs the Audit Committee and attends meetings of Board Committees if required.

Michael Currie
 Michael is the Head Teacher at Our Lady's High School in Cumbernauld and joined the Board of Management in October 2007. His experience in managing the curriculum has proved invaluable to the College and, as a result, this is being utilised through his membership of the Curriculum and Student Affairs Committee.

Barry McCulloch
 Barry is a Councillor and former Provost with North Lanarkshire Council. He is currently Convenor of the Housing and Social Work Services Committee and is a member of several other of the Council's Committees. He was also Chair of the Board of Campsies Centre Cumbernauld Ltd and led the Development Company in establishing the Antonine Centre in Cumbernauld. Barry has been a member of the current Board of Management since May 2003 but has had an association with the College going back a number of years beyond this.

Peter Glen
 Peter has been a member of the Board of Management since September 2003. He has brought with him knowledge and expertise of the job market and benefits provision gained in his employment with Jobcentre Plus. Peter is a member of the Audit and Resources and General Purposes Committees of the Board and attends other Committees as required.

Alan Brown
 Alan is Sales Director with Kwik Fit Insurance Services and joined the Board of Management in June 2005. Alan has brought with him his knowledge and experience of the Private Sector and put it to good use in the contribution he makes as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. Alan also attends other meetings of Committees of the Board as required.

Margaret Cook
 Margaret is Director of Human Resources at Napier University and has been a member of the Board of Management since June 2005. Prior to moving to Higher Education, Margaret was Head of Human Resources at what was then Bell College. She therefore brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources to the Board as well as a broad perspective on Further and Higher Education.

Margaret Allison
 Margaret joined the College in January 2002 as a Lecturer within the Faculty of Care and Management. She became a member of the Board of Management in February 2009 and also serves on the Health and Safety Committee and Curriculum and Student Affairs Committee. Margaret supports the College's innovative approach to developing its provision and is committed to representing staff interests at Board Level.

Anna Fisher
 Anna took up her post as Manager of the College Nursery in August 2001. Prior to this she managed a Nursery housed within the College but under the control of a Committee of Students. She has been a member of the Board of Management since September 2004 and is also a member of the Curriculum and Student Affairs, and Health and Safety Committees as well as the Nursery Steering Group, North Lanarkshire Childcare Partnership and Independent Nurseries Forum.
